- If you do not fill out the request to the best of your ability, we cannot service you.
- Server errors do occur sporadically preventing us from receiving your request. If you have not heard from us within 2 days, please call us at 281-955-1163.
- If you have an emergency, please call us so that we may serve you in a timely manner. Make sure to notify the dispatcher of any special circumstances such as medical conditions.
- If we cannot reach you at either your home or alternate phone numbers on the day of your appointment, your request will not be completed. Please provide us with an alternate number in case we cannot reach you.
- If you are scheduling an install, please provide us with your invoice number or job description in the Comments field.
