We knew that the Energy Tax Credit was brought back for 2009, but we didn’t expect it to be revised and extended through 2010. Mid-February the United States Legislature made extensive revision to the current Energy Tax Credit Program. These changes were passed within the context of the Economic Stabilization and Revitalization Bill (HB.1).
