Because of this, we know in the end WE are the brand installed. The manufacturer support is limited and it is our responsibility to fix any problems. Each job puts our reputation is on the line. We reserve and exercise the right to refuse to install anything that ultimately hurts you the homeowner. We train our employees to be the best, field test all offered products, and employ a Quality Installation program in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We install most major brands as they pass our field testing including American Standard/Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, and Honeywell. Each manufacturer offers different products that fit different home conditions. Our designers are trained to maximize comfort and performance through leveraging each product’s strengths. Because of this we do not install boxes or brands, leaving each designer to build custom options after discussing your needs, budget, and requirements. If air conditioners and heaters plugged-in like TVs, we would not need highly skilled designers or installers. All design details are strictly confidential and are available upon request and signed contract.
